Sit or lie down for a session of energy flow. Then write (or create in any way you wish) based on your Reiki experience. Open to all, including first-time Reiki recipients and first-time creators. Simply listening is also an option. Bring your own pens, paper, and other tools of craft as well as a towel or a yoga mat to get comfortable on the floor (not necessary if on a chair).
